To display this theme section across your storefront, it must be added to either the Header or Footer section group. If added to a specific template, it will only appear on pages using that template.

🧰 How to install the section in your theme
- Open Theme Updater & Backups in your Apps admin
- Open Theme sections
- Click Install below the section. You can also click Preview to see the section in a demo storefront

- On the right side of the page, use the Choose theme dropdown to select the theme you want to enhance with the new section
- Click Install
Add the section to a template
Click Edit theme to open the theme editor for the selected theme.
Open the template (e.g. home page, default product) and click (+) Add section in the sidebar.
Scroll down to the bottom of your default sections list and select 🧰 Content popup.
Customize section settings
Open Content popup to open general settings for the section.
Popup trigger
The Popup Trigger determines when the popup is displayed to customers. Options include the following:Â
Time delay - displays the popup after a specified number of seconds has elapsed since the page loaded.
Scroll percentage - displays the popup once a visitor has scrolled a specified percentage down the page.
Exit intent - displays the popup when a visitor's cursor moves toward leaving the page, indicating they may be about to exit the storefront.
Delay specifies the number of seconds to wait before displaying the popup when Time delay is selected as the trigger. The popup can be delayed for up to 60 seconds.Â
Show once per visitor prevents the popup from reappearing after it has already been shown to a visitor.
Show only on home page limits the popup to the storefront homepage. To display it across the storefront, add the section to a Header or Footer section group.
Content
Heading
Heading sets the main title displayed in the popup. Its size can be adjusted using Heading size, and Mobile heading size.Â
Button
This adds a call-to-action button to the popup, allowing customers to navigate to a selected page or destination.
Button label sets the text displayed on the popup button.
Button link determines the destination the button opens when clicked.
Button style lets you choose between a Fill or Outline button style.Â
Fill - displays the button with a solid background using the selected button colors.
Outline - displays the button with a transparent background and a border using the selected button colors.Â
Background color controls the button background color. When Outline is selected, this setting controls the border color instead.
Text color sets the color of the button label.

Choose colors for the section's Text color and Background color.Â
Adjust popup size
Popup size controls the amount of space between the popup content and its edges.
Use the Top, Right, Left, and Bottom padding sliders to increase or decrease the padding of the section.
