    Limitations of technical support services

    We do not offer support for integrating or troubleshooting 3rd-party (non-Out of the Sandbox) apps and custom code, nor do we offer support for modifications made after the purchase of one of our themes.

    This includes adding new features, altering the design of the theme, implementing any 3rd-party code or apps, or troubleshooting previous customizations after updating the theme.
