🧰 Contact form - Basic – Out of the Sandbox

Give customers a simple, focused way to reach out without leaving your store. Ideal for questions, feedback, or basic inquiries with the Contact form section.

🧰 How to install the block in your theme

Open Theme Updater & Backups in your Apps admin
Open Theme sections
Click View Details below the block. You can also click Preview to see the section in a demo storefront.
On the right side of the page, confirm that you are seeing the "Ready to use in your theme" message, or click on the Subscribe & unlock all sections button to unlock the block.
Select the theme, and click Customize theme to start adding the block.
Hover over the existing blocks in the template to Add block and click on the Apps tab. From the options, select the block:

Click Edit theme to open the theme editor for the selected theme.

Open the template (e.g. home page, default product) and click (+) Add section in the sidebar.

Scroll down to the bottom of your default sections list and select 🧰 Contact form.

Customize section settings

Click the 🧰 Contact form section to customize general settings for the section.

Layout

Available Layout options can adjust the width of the contact form:

Regular
Wide
Full-width

Content

When Include phone number feature is enabled, a Phone number field will also appear below the Name and Email fields.

Section heading allows you to add a title for the section. The heading size can also be adjusted through the Heading size and Mobile heading size sliders.

The Text field can be used to display a short message above the contact form fields, and its font size can be adjusted using the Text size and Mobile text size range sliders.

Success message will appear after the customers submitted their inquiry.

Button

While "Send" is the default button text for the contact form, you can also customize this label, and the button styling.

Choose colors for the button using the Button color selector.

Choose colors for the section's Text color and Background color.

Adjust spacing

Use the Top padding and Bottom padding sliders to increase or decrease the padding of the section.

Use the Top margin and Bottom margin sliders to increase or decrease the margins of the section.
