🧰 Announcement slider

Add the Announcement slider to display multiple announcements that customers can click to scroll through or auto-rotate. 

Add the section to a template

Click Customize to open the theme editor for the selected theme.

Open the template (e.g. home page, default product) and click (+) Add section in the sidebar.

Customize section settings

Click the Announcement slider section to open its settings. 

You can choose to Auto-rotate announcements or do it manually. For auto-rotations, you can set the timing interval between 3 and 10 seconds. 

Font sizes

Adjust the text size in the Block typography settings, with a maximum of 32px for desktop and 24 px for mobile. 

Select colors

In the Color settings, customize the text color and the background color of the slides.

Adjust spacing

Use the Top padding and Bottom padding sliders to increase or decrease the padding of the section.

Use the Top margin and Bottom margin sliders to increase or decrease the margins of the section.

Custom CSS

In the CSS Class field, you can create a new class to apply to the section, or you can add a class that already exists to apply those styles as well!

The Custom CSS field is where you can add the actual CSS code.

Customize announcement blocks

Click the toggle beside the Announcement slider section to reveal its blocks. Open one of the preloaded blocks to customize its content.

Enter your message in the text field. To display a different message on mobile devices, use the Mobile Text field. Adding a link in the Link field will make the entire section clickable.

Note that this feature will not apply if there are links within the text.
