To display this theme section on your storefront, it must be added to either the Header or Footer section group. This only controls whether the section is enabled and does not determine the popup’s on-screen placement.
Â
For details on adjusting the popup’s display position, refer to the Position section of this guide.

Popup trigger
The Trigger setting determines when the popup will appear to customers while browsing your storefront. You can choose between the options Time delay, Scroll percentage, and Exit intent.
- Time delay: Displays the popup after a specified amount of time has passed since the page was loaded.
- Scroll percentage: Displays the popup once the customer has scrolled a selected percentage down the page.
- Exit intent: Displays the popup when the customer appears to be leaving the page or moving away from the storefront.
Enable Show once per visitor to prevent the popup from reappearing each time the page is refreshed.
The Show only on homepage setting limits the popup to display only on the storefront homepage.

Position
Use the Position setting to determine the popup’s on-screen placement. You can choose between the following options:Â
Enable Show background overlay to dim the rest of the page and place more focus on the popup.
Show close button adds an X icon in the popup.Â
Layout
Use the Layout setting to determine how content is displayed within the popup.
Image
You can upload an image for the popup. The image placement is fixed on top of the popup, though its height can be adjusted using the provided Image height slider.
Add a Heading using the provided field. Leave the field blank to exclude a heading. You can also adjust the font size through the Heading size and Mobile heading size.
Include text by adding copy to the Text field. Then use the Bold, Italic, and Link controls to style and connect your text with other pages. Text and Mobile text size can also be adjusted accordingly.Â

While "Subscribe" is the default button text for the contact form, you can also customize this label, and the button styling.Â
Choose colors for the button using the Button color settings Background color and Text color.
Colors
The Text color for the entire popup (outside of the Button text) can be adjusted using the Text color setting.Â
Similarly, the popup's Background color can also be adjusted.
Adjust spacing
Use the Padding sliders to increase or decrease the padding of the section. You can adjust the padding for Top, Bottom, Right, and Left.Â
