Turbo includes a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page template to answer common questions about your brand, products, policies, etc.
First, assign the template to a page, then customize its content with the theme editor.
Connect the Page with the FAQ Template
In the Pages portion of the Online Store, create a new page by selecting Add page.
Add a Title for the page, then select faq from the Theme template setting.
Save, then return to Themes to open the theme editor.
FAQ Template Settings
In the theme editor (Customize), use the page selector to open Pages, then faq.
Open Page | faq in the left sidebar to open general settings for the template.
Wide display
Enable Wide display for the section to span the full width of the window. Otherwise, the section will be limited by a horizontal container.
Banner
Enable an optional Banner for the page by activating Show banner. Click Select Image to connect your image with the banner. Use a 1800 x 100px image for the best results.
To include an alternate image for mobile, click Select Image below Mobile banner image.
Control how the mobile image fits into the container with the Mobile image cropping setting. The options are Left, Center, or Right.
Text
Add a Preheading, Heading, and Subheading using the provided text fields.
Use the Contrast technique setting to improve legibility by increasing the contrast between the text and banner image.
Select Darken banner image to add a semi-opaque overlay to the banner image.
Select Solid box to place a rectangular background between the image and text. Translucent box offers the same result as Solid box but with a semi-opaque color instead.
Adjust the Text position to place the text on the Left, Center, or Right of the image.
Align the text to the Left, Center, or Right with the Text alignment setting.
Buttons
Add buttons to connect relevant pages or policies.
Complete the First button label and Second button label to control the text displayed on the buttons.
Control styling for the buttons by selecting an option from the First button color and Second button color dropdowns.
Connect a URL to the First button link and Second label link fields.
Question and Answer Blocks
Add your question and answer sets by customizing the preloaded Frequently Asked Question (Title) blocks. There are also Heading and Image blocks to categorize and enhance the layout.
Add more blocks by selecting (+) Add block.

Open one of the preloaded Title blocks to add a Question and Answer using the provided fields.
Heading
Open one of the preloaded Section blocks to add a Heading with the provided field.
Image
Add an Image block, then click Select Image to add a 1000 x 1000px image.
