The Announcement bar displays important information or promotional messages prominently at the top of your store, making it easy to share sales, shipping offers, or other timely news with customers.
Customize the announcement bar
Click the Announcement bar section in the Header group to open its settings.
The announcement bar is placed above the header by default. To move it below the header, simply click, hold, and drag the section beneath the header section.
Choose a Color scheme to customize the section’s background and text colors. You can modify your color schemes in Theme settings > Colors.
Use the Text field to add your announcement. Turn on Show social icons to display the icons for the social media links you’ve added in Theme settings > Social media.
Enable Show language selector to include a Language selector dropdown for customers to select their preferred language.
Activate Show country selector to include a Country selector dropdown for customers to select their region and currency. Enable Show currency flags to display the country flags in the dropdown.
The Direction setting controls whether the announcement text scrolls forward or in reverse. The Speed slider adjusts the scrolling speed.
Select a menu for the Secondary navigation to display links on the right side of the announcement bar.
