Open the Customers page in Theme Updater to access your Customer Backups.
This feature is only available for Vault subscribers. Visit the Plans page in Theme Updater to select a new plan with Vault included.
Downloading your exports
Theme Updater > Customers > Vault
Simply click Export next to the saved Customer Backup and the download will begin.
If a download doesn't appear, check your browser settings, preferences, and extensions to confirm nothing is blocking the CSV download.
