In order to use the 'page.contact' template, the theme will need to be published! The templates from which you can select are limited to the templates available in your currently published theme.
If you are unable to currently publish your theme and would still like to set up the ‘page.contact’ template, we have instructions on how to access unpublished templates here.

Using the Contact Page Template
If you'd like to include a contact form on your shop that your customers can fill out to easily get in touch, you can use the 'page.contact' template. In all Out of the Sandbox themes, the Contact page will also include a 'map' section, 'content' area where you can input some text, and ability to add an image – all which are optional.

Setting up the Contact Page
Step 1: Head into Online Store > Pages > Add Page.
Step 2: Select "page.contact" as the Template under Template Suffix:
Step 3: Head into the Theme Editor (customize) and navigate to your Contact page.
Select your theme:

Turbo
In the Turbo theme, the default Contact page (page.contact template) includes an option to add a banner image with a heading, subheading and text. You can also choose to darken the banner image as well.
In Turbo 4.2, an alternate contact page template called 'page.contact-custom' was added to the theme! Advanced field options are available to add to the contact form within this page template. These fields include: text field, text area, radio buttons, checkbox, email, drop-down, and paragraph and are added as content blocks through the theme editor!
Within the 'Contact Form' section, you can also enable a 'heading', 'subheading', and 'text' along with adding an image, and configuring the 'text position' and 'text alignment.'

Parallax
In the Parallax theme, the Contact page includes an option to upload a banner image with a heading and subheading. You can adjust the text position and text alignment as well.
A map section can also be added below the contact form. You can add in a heading and address/hours information on the map as well and select the background and text colors for the content.The map section includes an optional Google Maps API integration. Retina
In the Retina theme, the Contact page includes an option to upload a banner image with a heading and subheading. You can enable/disable 'wide display' for the banner and adjust the text position and text alignment as well.
A map section can be added which will display beside the contact form. You can adjust the 'map position' to be left or right. The map section includes an optional Google Maps API integration. Learn more about using Google Maps API here.
If you don't want a map to display, you can optionally add another image which will sit beside the contact form in its place.

Mobilia
In the Mobilia theme, the Contact page includes an option to add an image that will display next to the contact form. You an choose the 'image position' to be left or right.
A map section can also be added below the contact form. You can add in a heading and address/hours information on the map as well and select the background and text colors for the content, enable 'wide display,' and select the 'map position.' Responsive
In the Responsive theme, the Contact page includes an option to add text above the contact form, and an image that will display next to it. You can choose the 'image position' to be left or right.

Artisan
In the Artisan theme, the Contact page includes an option to add a banner image (one for desktop and mobile), as well as an image, content and social media icons beside the contact form.
