This is a guide specific to Mailchimp if you are currently using a different third party app, we recommend reaching out to the app's support team so they can provide the necessary steps.
Connect your Newsletter features with your Mailchimp account to automatically send customer emails to a Mailchimp audience (formerly 'list').
Step 1: Log in to Mailchimp
Log in to your Email Marketing account.
Step 2: Open or create an audience
Click the Audience icon, then Audience dashboard.
Open a current audience or click Create audience.
Complete the Audience details (name, default email, etc.), then Save.
Step 3: Retrieve your newsletter form URL
Open the Audience you have just created or an existing audience on your Mailchimp account. Click the Manage audience dropdown to open Signup forms.
Click Select beside Embedded forms.
Once this page opens, scroll down to the very bottom to click Generate Embed Code.
Retrieve the URL that follows form action=" from the embed code.
Step 4: Add your URL
Return to your Shopify store admin to open the theme editor (Customize).
In the Newsletter portion of the Theme settings, add your URL to the Newsletter form action URL field, then Save.
