In the flex theme no solution for multi-tag product filter on mobile

It is quite strange when these days where 80% of people coming from mobile device theme which cost 450$ have no solution to multi-tag filtering. If it is at the end of a website, users can't find FILTER BY. If it is on top of the page it takes too long to see products. Please find a better solution.
