My company recently migrated over to the Flex theme for our Shopify store. I've found a handful of bugs I already have a support ticket for, but thought updating to the latest version of Flex through the theme updater app might resolve the issues... it has not! I've recreated each of the bugs below on multiple browsers and devices, tried removing all custom JS and CSS, and disabling all other Shopify apps we have on our store.
1. "Slideshow - Classic" section on our homepage shows up as blank space; images do not appear, just a white box. I'm not sure if this is an issue with "flickity slider" or something in the latest release of the theme. All the elements for the carousel of images seem to load when inspected, but it remains a blank white space. Removing all 3rd party apps and custom CSS doesn't resolve the issue. Oddly, when making a change in the Shopify theme editor, the preview (to the right of the menus) will show images load, but the live site and any preview of Flex 2.0.3 will not show the images.
2. Odd product ids and/or text appears on both cart page and in mini cart. Again, we've tried removing/disabling all Shopify apps, ensuring there was no custom JS or CSS. This issue persists on our live site.
3. Enabling "sticky header on scroll" causes extra spacing and issues when the viewport is resized. This has been a bug since v 2.0.1 we've noticed and don't have a solution for yet. Basically, when the sticky header is enabled, extra white space will persist at the top of the page. This happens when going from narrow to wide viewports or wide to narrow.
Has any one else experienced these technical issues? Any update from the OOTS team on how this can be resolved?
