Superstore’s footer remains visible at the bottom of each page, providing information, links, and other handy features for your customers to access.
Display Payment Icons
Display which payment methods your store accepts by enabling Show payment icons. Official branded icons will reflect the payment settings that you’ve configured in the Shopify admin under Payment providers (Admin > Settings > Payment providers).
For more information, check out Shopify’s guide.
Enable Currency Selection
Allow customers to select their currency with the theme's new currency selector. This replaces the currency converter and works with Shopify Payments to provide support for Multi-Currency.
Locate the Currency selector section and select Enable currency selector.
Shopify Payments must be enabled for this feature
Include an Additional Menu
Use the Menu selector to include a horizontal line of links to pair with your copyright text. This can be used for fine print-style documents, such as Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, etc.
Modify the Small Footer Text
By default, the Small footer text will include attribution links for Out of the Sandbox and Shopify. You can provide additional or replacement text here using the rich text editor.
Customize Footer Blocks
The bulk of the footer is divided into a maximum of 5 content blocks. Determine which blocks are featured by selecting (+) Add block.
There are four types of items you can add to your footer: Menu, Rich text, Social links, and Newsletter.
The Social accounts and Newsletter items can be used once, but you can have multiple Menus or Rich text blocks (up to a maximum of 5 footer blocks).
Display a quick list of links for your customers to easily find your catalog and store policies. To set up a specific menu for this section, head to your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Navigation.
Use bold, italics, and hyperlinks to provide your customers with a brief message.
Display your social media accounts with stylized icons.
Add your accounts to the Social media portion of the Theme settings.
Include a signup form for your customers to be added to your mailing list. For more information on how this works, check out Shopify’s guide.
