The FAQ section displays 'Questions' and 'Answers' in an accordion format, with optional images and heading to accompany and organize the information. This section can be a great spot to add any commonly asked questions or important topics that you want your customers to read about on a page.
FAQ section settings
These settings let you configure the options available for the FAQ section.
The width can either be set to Standard or Wide. Selecting Wide will spread out the full width of the screen. Selecting Standard will keep the section in a container and not spread the full width.
You can choose to add space (padding) above and below the section by adjusting the Top spacing and Bottom spacing settings.
The Animation setting will determine how the feature appears as it loads. The options for animation are None, Fade in, Fade in down, Fade in left, Fade in right, Slide in left, Slide in right, and Zoom.
Add Custom CSS to the feature for further tweaking. You can even create your own CSS class here, as well. Check out this article for more information: Flex Guide: Custom CSS Feature
The Accordion icons can either be a plus/minus or a caret (which looks like a down arrow). You can choose the accordion icon type by going into Theme settings > Elements > Accordion icon type.
The Color for the accordion icons is determined by your text link color setting. This can be configured by going into Theme settings > Colors > Text > Links.

If you'd like to organize the FAQs by topic or section, you can add a heading to group the FAQs.
One image can be added in the FAQ section. It will display to the right of the written content.
When viewed on a mobile device, the FAQs will resize to fit the screen size and all of the content will stack vertically. If you have an image added, it will appear at the bottom.
