Sign up for Priority Support
To sign up for Priority Support, you can purchase a Priority Support Subscription through the Out of the Sandbox website.
Theme Updater Pro Plan
Theme Updater Pro Plan subscribers can save on Priority Support by purchasing it through the app's Add-ons page.
Request support through the Help Center
Once you have signed up for the Priority Support Subscription, any support requests submitted through the Out of the Sandbox Help Center will be prioritized—just make sure you're writing in with the same email address!
You can also contact Priority Support through Theme Updater. On the Home or Registered themes page select Actions, then Contact priority support.
Fill out the form in the modal window and submit your request.
