In Shopify, you can add tables in your product and internal pages through the 'description' or 'content' rich text area through the admin:
Within our themes, you can choose to enable a border for your tables, choose the border colour, or disable the borders within the Theme Settings.
To configure these settings, head into Customize > Theme Settings > Colors. Depending on which theme you're using, you can enable these settings under 'Layout' > 'Enable styled tables' or 'Borders' > 'Enable styled tables' and configure the border colour with the 'Borders' setting:
