Sydney Sunglasses is a fictional store name used in this Out of the Sandbox's demo store. Although this store has similar name to another Shopify store, it is not related to it and we cannot provide customer service for this store. Our demo stores are not set up or process orders so we did not process your payment.
Each of the stores that use Out of the Sandbox templates is independently owned and operated and are not affiliated with Out of the Sandbox.
These stores use a platform called Shopify to host their ecommerce site in order to sell products or services online.
If you placed an order with an online store and are experiencing an issue with a product or have not received your order, please note that Out of the Sandbox and Shopify are unable to provide customer support for such issues as neither company is involved in the day to day operations of these stores.
If you have a question or concern about an order you placed from a store, we always recommend contacting the store owner first. Most stores feature a "contact" or "about" page that may include an email address or contact form.
We suggest looking in the header and footer for a link to a contact page. If you are unable to locate one, you might be able to try entering
domain-name-here.com/pages/contact, replacing "
domain-name-here.com" with the first part of the store's website address.
If you have tried reaching out to the store owner without a response and are still having an issue with an order, here are some steps you can take:
- Dispute the charge with your bank or financial institution. Please note that there may be a limited timeframe to file a dispute.
- Contact Shopify support to report an issue with the store. To do this, click here and type "Problem with order" in the search box. You should then see "It looks like your issue is with an order with a Shopify store." Follow the prompts to report your issue to Shopify.
- If the store you ordered from is based in the U.S. you can file a consumer complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or the Better Business Bureau. If the store is operated outside of the U.S., there may be other governmental or organizations that can assist you.
Please note that, unfortunately, Out of the Sandbox is unable to resolve issues with orders placed via Shopify stores that use our themes as we do not have access to order information or data.
