While there is technically only one home page for your site (which uses configurable Sections), it is possible to create a custom internal page with similar options using the page.details template (which uses configurable Content Blocks).
Although similar in terms of layout, there are a few differences between what Homepage "Sections" are available as page.details "Content Blocks". This article contains charts for each of our themes listing the available features for homepage and page.details.
