The FAQ Template is available in Turbo 2.2.0+. Also, to activate the page.faq template, your theme must be published and live. See this section for details.
In order to use the 'page.faq' template, the theme will need to be published! The templates from which you can select are limited to the templates available in your currently published theme.
If you are unable to currently publish your theme and would still like to set up the ‘page.faq’ template, we have instructions on how to access unpublished templates here.

Turbo 2.2.0+ comes with a new template that makes it quick and simple to put together an FAQ page for your site!

Setting up FAQs
- Make sure you have Turbo 2.2.0 published to access the new page template.
- Head into Online Store > Pages > Add Page
- Select "page.faq" as the Template > Template Suffix:
- Head into Customize Theme and navigate to your FAQ page
- In Sections > FAQ > Content you can add your Questions and Answers:
- To add additional FAQs, simply click the "Add FAQ" button!
With the release of Turbo 2.2.2+ we've added in Headings so you can organize your FAQs into sections.
In Sections > FAQ > Content you can choose to add in a Heading which will group the questions following into its own section:

If the theme you are using is not published, you will not be able to select the page.faq template. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of how Shopify works. You should also be aware that, in some cases, your existing theme may have a page.faq template, but if your Out of the Sandbox theme is not published, any changes you make my not be saved properly.
A workaround for this is to add your FAQs on a standard page. This page can include your FAQs or a "coming soon" message.
Once you publish your Out of the Sandbox theme live, go in and change the page template to page.faq and then use the customize theme editor to set up your questions. Once you have set them up in the collapsable panels, go back to the page editor and delete the temporary text you added.
Please be aware that while you are working on setting up your FAQ page, visitors will see the placeholder text you have on the page. This text will also remain visible until you delete it manually.
