- As of March 12, 2018, many discount code rates have been adjusted and old discounts cannot be honored.
- Discount codes are typically only valid on Turbo and Flex. Due to contractable agreements between Shopify and us, we cannot offer discounts on other themes.
- Many discount codes posted on third party websites are invalid, outdated or no longer honored.
- Please be aware that if you were provided a referral link by your agency or designer, using a search engine to search for discount codes could void the referral even if you don't use a discount code.
- While we are unable to announce ahead of time when discounts or special offers will be available, we recommend following us on Twitter or Facebook. We generally post information about the latest discounts and sales there.
- Please note that you cannot use Out of the Sandbox discount codes on the Shopify Theme Store (themes.shopify.com). Any purchases made with a discount code provided by Out of the Sandbox needs to be made at www.outofthesandbox.com.
- We are unable to offer refunds, credits or adjustments on themes. However, we do have a 14-day trial for both our Turbo and Flex themes.
- Out of the Sandbox also makes offers available directly to select customers or potential customers. Unfortunately, these offers are restricted to those who are eligible only and are not publicized and cannot be made available to the general public.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- Discount codes are limited to one per customer, per purchase or order and may not be combined with any other discount, special offer or incentive, unless otherwise stated.
- Be aware that some of our discounts are available for a limited time only. Select offers may be extended, but we cannot guarantee that discounts will be available after the posted expiration date and we are unable to extend most discounts.
