In most cases, if your store's "add to cart" button is not working or you cannot click on links or buttons in your store, this is a result of a third-party app conflicting with the Out of the Sandbox theme code.
Apps that interfere with the "add to cart" button include ones that affect product options, upselling or related products. In addition, apps that add popup, modals or floating elements such as social sharing toolbars, live chat or similar features often interfere with the theme code.
Apps can also sometimes cause issues where users are unable to click anywhere on your site.
If you find that users cannot add items to their shopping carts, please note that you will need to determine which app is causing the issue and contact the app developer for a resolution.
In the meantime, you may be able to restore "add to cart" functionality by uninstalling apps one by one using the instructions provided by the app developer. Note that uninstalling or disabling an app does not always remove code related to apps. We always recommend consulting the app developer's uninstall instructions for complete instructions.
Unfortunately, Out of the Sandbox support cannot provide support with conflicts that arise from using third party apps, including when the apps conflict with our code. Support inquiries related to this will be referred to the app developer.
