To create a contact page with a contact form, Google Map and header image as seen in our demo shop:
First, from your Shopify admin panel go to Online store > Pages > Add page.
Next call your page "Contact" or something equivalent and select the "page.contact" template.
Save.
Next, from your Admin panel, click into the Navigation area. Locate your Main menu and click 'Edit menu'.
You will need to add this Contact page by clicking 'Add menu item'.
Name this new item 'Contact', select the 'page' option and link it to your Contact page (or whatever you have named your contact page) and Save.
If you are using a newer version of the Parallax theme (with Sections), go Online Store > Themes > Customize. In your store preview, you should see the 'Contact' page link in your main navigation menu. Click 'Contact'. When you click Contact in the preview, the Sections tab to the left updates to display the 'Contact' section. Click the Contact section to see options to enter your shop's address, upload a banner and set the map zoom level.
If you are using an older version of Parallax (without Sections) head into your theme options found in Online Store > Themes > Customize. Once you are presented with your theme options, please head to the "Contact page" tab. In this tab, you will find all of the available options for your contact page which include adding a street address, adding a page banner and choosing your zoom levels.
You can then play around with the options available to upload a banner image, create a headline or subtitle and select your zoom level. Your zoom level determines how zoomed in you would like your Google Map to be displayed. Once you have entered your street address, Google will automatically pinpoint your maps location and display it on the map.
